Client Terms and Conditions

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following terms. If you disagree, do not book or continue your course of therapy.

Free Initial Consultation

A free 20-30 minute consultation may be offered. This is for discussion only, not therapy. It's meant to determine if this service suits your needs, and any session estimates are rough and may change.

Booking & Payment

Full payment is collected when scheduling. No refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Cancellations/Rescheduling: Notify via email/phone at least 48 hours prior to a session. Rescheduled sessions must happen within 14 days.

Refunds: No refunds after payment is made. Fees are for my time, not a guaranteed outcome.

Packages: If a pre-paid package is discontinued, no refund is provided.

Session Fees

Fees will be disclosed before booking and may be reviewed periodically. You’ll be notified of any fee changes.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via Venmo or Zelle.

Contact Between Sessions

Communication is available during office hours (Mon-Fri, 9 am-7 pm). Messages outside these hours will be addressed on the next business day.

Medical or Psychological Conditions

I may inquire about your medical history to assess suitability for therapy. If receiving other healthcare, consent from your medical provider may be required. My services are not suitable for those with epilepsy or psychosis.

Age Restrictions

Clients must be 18 or older. Underage clients (below 18) must attend sessions with a parent/guardian in person.

Attending Your Sessions

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not receive a full session, depending on availability.

Hypnotherapy Recordings

Do not listen to hypnotherapy recordings while driving or operating machinery. Recordings are for personal use only and must not be shared.

Outcome of Sessions

No guarantees can be made regarding the outcome of therapy. I will use my best efforts to help you reach your goals.

Standards of Behaviour

Mutual respect is expected. Sessions will be canceled if a client attends under the influence of drugs/alcohol or behaves inappropriately, and no refund will be provided.

Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential, except in the following cases:

Permission granted to break confidentiality.

Legal requirement (e.g., court order).

Risk of harm to self or others.

When minors are involved.

If a GP or healthcare provider requests a report.

Liability & Indemnity

I am not liable for any damages related to advice or services. By booking, you agree to indemnify and hold me harmless against any claims arising from the therapy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, Harris County. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Harris County.

Terms and Conditions Updates

By booking, you agree to these terms and any future updates. Check for changes periodically.

Data Protection

Your data is handled per my Privacy Policy. By booking, you agree to these terms.

Concerns & Complaints

Any concerns should be emailed to beetroottherapy@gmail.com, and I will work to resolve them.

Statements of Understanding

By signing the agreement, you confirm that:

You've been informed of the therapy scope.

No guarantees are made for outcomes.

Therapy is not a substitute for medical/psychological treatment.

You will consult your GP if advised and provide written approval if required.

You may terminate sessions anytime, and I may terminate sessions if terms are breached.

Confidentiality Agreement

You consent to the release of information in cases of risk to self/others, vulnerable persons, or legal requests.

These terms form the entire agreement regarding our services.
