MY JOURNEY TO HEALING:

I first discovered Emotion Code during one of the most challenging times of my life—when I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2018. The experience was overwhelming; I felt immense pressure as I was bombarded with decisions that had to be made quickly, leaving me with little time to process everything.

I realized that cancer didn’t just happen out of nowhere—it was the result of a "perfect storm" of stress, overworking, not speaking up about my needs, trying to control everything because I felt so out of control, and neglecting my well-being.

Cancer became a turning point for me—a wake-up call to finally prioritize myself instead of constantly trying to please everyone around me. I had always expected my husband and loved ones to somehow know what I needed, but they couldn’t read my mind. It was a tough but valuable lesson to learn.

Someone recommended I try an Emotion Code session, (and along with other healing modalities), it changed my life. Suddenly, the things that had felt so draining and annoying didn’t affect me the same way anymore. The intense emotions I had been attaching to situations and events were released, and I felt a sense of relief that I hadn’t experienced in a long time.

The Emotion Code is a gentle and non-invasive energy healing method designed to identify and release trapped emotional energies, or "trapped emotions," from the body. These trapped emotions, often stemming from intense, scary, or highly charged situations—such as arguments, anxious moments, or traumatic experiences—can become lodged in any area of the body.

Over time, these trapped emotions disrupt the body’s natural balance and can lead to physical, emotional, or mental distress.

By releasing these emotional blockages, The Emotion Code helps restore harmony, allowing your body’s natural healing processes to function more effectively.

I connect with your subconscious mind to identify specific trapped emotions contributing to your imbalances. We use muscle testing and an emotion chart to focus on the issues you've selected.

For in-person sessions, I use a magnet over the governing meridian to clear trapped emotions. In video or absentee sessions, we use our hands with intention (or I use mine with your consent).

After the session, you'll get a detailed report on what was released. Your body will then enter a processing period to adjust to the emotional shifts.

WHAT IS A HEART-WALL?

A heart-wall is an energetic barrier created by your subconscious mind to shield you from emotional pain. This barrier forms when you've experienced repeated hurt, leading your mind to build a protective layer around your heart.

While it can provide temporary relief, a heart-wall can hinder your ability to fully experience life and love over time. It consists of multiple layers of trapped emotions, each contributing to the wall around your heart.

I offer Emotion Code sessions for animals via Distance/Proxy, meaning I connect to your animal’s subconscious and work remotely on the issues you identify. You’ll receive a detailed Session Report via email, summarizing the emotions and imbalances released. I need the following information to get started:

  • The animal's name, age, and gender.
  • A photo of your animal

After a session, animals may undergo a 'processing time,' where they might sleep more or show quick improvements. If issues recur, it may indicate the need for another session.

Note: The Emotion Code is complementary care and should not replace veterinary treatment or proper training.

IS THE EMOTION CODE SAFE?

Yes, The Emotion Code is non-invasive, safe, and requires no discussion of past traumas, making it less intrusive than other therapies. Your subconscious mind has a safety mechanism that ensures only the trapped emotions it is ready to release are addressed at any given time.


DO I NEED TO TALK ABOUT MY PAST OR TRAUMA?

You do not need to discuss past traumas or experiences unless you choose to. The Emotion Code works effectively by referring to an event simply as ‘an event,’ and your subconscious mind will understand. If a memory surfaces during the session, sharing it is optional.


WHAT HAPPENS DURING AN EMOTION CODE SESSION?

Initial Connection: With your permission, I energetically connect to your subconscious mind to access underlying issues affecting your well-being.


Identifying Trapped Emotions: We focus on a maximum of two issues, using a chart of 60 emotions and muscle testing (kinesiology) to identify trapped emotions.


Exploring Memories: A memory related to the trapped emotion may surface. Sharing it is optional; the process works even if you choose to keep memories private.


Releasing Trapped Emotions: I use a magnet swiped over your head-in person, my head for distance/zoom sessions along the governing meridian to clear the trapped emotions.


Repeating the Process: We identify and release between 5-10 trapped emotions per session, based on what your subconscious mind chooses to release.


Session Documentation: I document the trapped emotions released and provide a detailed Session Report via email after the session.


WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A SESSION?

Following a session, there is a ‘processing time’ of 1-5 days where your body adjusts to the released trapped emotions. It’s important to practice good self-care by staying hydrated, getting enough rest, and maintaining a healthy diet. You may feel lighter, calmer, or experience positive emotional changes. Processing symptoms may occur in about 20% of people and can include emotional fluctuations, vivid dreams, or physical sensations like fatigue or headaches. These symptoms are typically short-lived and part of the healing process.



HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED?

The number of sessions required varies from person to person. Some individuals experience immediate relief, while others notice gradual improvements over time. Factors such as the duration and depth of the issue, as well as how your subconscious mind prioritizes different concerns, influence the number of sessions needed. Each session aims to release trapped emotions and imbalances, contributing to your overall progress.


CAN TRAPPED EMOTIONS RETURN?

Once a trapped emotion is released, it is gone forever. However, there may be multiple instances of a particular trapped emotion from different times or events, which can be addressed in subsequent sessions.


WHAT IS THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND?

Your subconscious mind functions as a supercomputer, handling all automatic processes like breathing and digestion. It stores your beliefs, memories, and skills, and knows everything about your body's inner workings. According to Dr. Bruce Lipton, the subconscious mind processes 20 million bits of information per second, far surpassing the conscious mind's capacity of just 40 bits per second. This immense power makes the subconscious crucial for guiding the healing process.


THE IMPORTANCE OF HYDRATION

Before your session, it's crucial to stay well-hydrated. Drinking plenty of water supports your body's energy systems and ensures the process of identifying and releasing trapped emotions is as smooth and effective as possible. Hydration helps optimize muscle testing (kinesiology) and supports overall healing.


WHAT IS MUSCLE TESTING?

Muscle testing, also known as applied kinesiology, is a technique used to communicate with the subconscious mind by assessing the body’s responses to specific stimuli. During the process, a practitioner applies gentle pressure to a muscle while asking questions or introducing various inputs. The muscle’s strength or weakness provides a yes or no answer, helping to identify imbalances and guide the healing process. This method is non-invasive and allows for precise, intuitive insights into the body’s energetic state.
